About the Artist
Taylor Conlin was born in Williston, North Dakota. She now lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico with her husband. Her art always seeks to portray the beauty of creation. Working primarily in oils, she draws inspiration from the beauty of New Mexico and her community.
She started drawing at a young age, with a keen interest in illustration and design. In 2008, Taylor began her study with the highly respected Russian artist and teacher, Semyon Bilmes at the Atelier Maui (formerly Ashland Academy of Art). In 2012, she returned to North Dakota, to continue to grow her portfolio, travel, and study with various artists across the country. She moved to New Mexico in 2015, drawn by the vibrant landscapes and thriving galleries.
